Where does the agent get its answers?

Only from the material you provide, such as brochures, price lists, FAQs and web pages, once you have reviewed it. Prices and availability are quoted solely from listings you have confirmed.

What happens when it doesn't know something?

It doesn't guess. The agent tells the buyer it will check, passes the question to your team and offers to connect them with a person. Once you add the answer, the agent uses it from then on.

Which languages does it speak?

English, Hindi and Hinglish, in both chat and voice.

Can it call buyers on the phone?

Not at present. Voice conversations take place in the browser through a link you share. Phone calling is in development.

Does it work with our CRM?
